Refund policy

The Starter Copy Package is a one-time writing service. If you have not submitted a brief, contact us within 3 days of purchase and we will refund the payment.

Once writing has started, the fee covers the work. One revision round is included if you request it within 7 days of delivery.

Client workspace access lasts 90 days from purchase. That window is for submitting the brief and receiving files. It is not a subscription and it is not lifetime access.
